639$ make me a fair offer .

Psc cylinder I believe is 8” stroke.
Psc wants 250$ make me an offer

also have psc 2wd steering box a ear broke off worked fine somebody with brazing skills may be able to repair it make me an offer if interested.

Also have a 81-91 steering box brace 75$

What size is the ram? 1.5, 1.75 or 2?
Steering box drilled and tapped for hydro assist? What year box?
And are you willing to separate the steering arms from the rest of the steering or are you wanting to sell it all together?

I believe 2” bore
Steering box is drilled and tapped for assist used it in my 87 blazer.
The knuckles have to be used with 3/4 bolt taper has been drilled out would rather sell together .

Yeah I know, I need a box with flared fittings, not the latter o-ring fittings. Ive got a 74 k5.
Was hoping the ram size was a 1.5, 2in bore is to big for me since I still drive it on the street.

Thanks anyways! Good luck with the sale.

you can run the newer bubble oring box in your older k5. You need to swap the pressure fitting in the steering pump (very easy, direct swap) and the return line is just camped on, also easy swap. Then you can run the newer bubble o-ring lines. I ran a ‘74 psc box in my ‘88 k5 back in the day and worked perfectly, no issues. Its definitely do-able. I think i had a thread about it maybe 10years ago, but cant seem to find it.

Does it have the 2 hydro-assist fittings on the side of the box for hoses directly from PSC, or did you tap for the assist?

I know. I have custom lines right now because I swapped in hydroboost brakes from an 86. I would just rather keep the same year box so I won't have to go through changing lines again.

I also thought about swapping the internals into an empty box of my year to keep the same fittings and to salve the broken ear on it but I dont know if PSC did any internal machining to fit the bigger piston and id lose the drill and tap for hydro assist.
