Highsteer parts

I'm helping a friend swaping in a d60 front axle and converting to highsteer in a 72 blazer. At the moment we're gathering parts for the highsteer.
What sort of pitman arm should I order? I've read something about early ford, but nothing more specific than that.
Which tie rod ends should i order? From the pics that I'we found it looks like most kits use ES2233L and/or ES2234R tie rods.

i could help you with the pitman arm, if i could only remember...i ordered a hysteer kit from sky manufacturing & i remember the pitman arm box saying something off a ford...email or call Sky @ www.sky-manufacturing.com if not i'll look on the box tomorrow & get you that info if you still haven't obtained it
