hinge pins "new stuff"

Nappa part number 675-5164 . I found longer hinge pins at nappa today, long enough to cut, grind, drill what ever......

Yes! The pin is 2" longer than stock. I changed one tonight, I don't think you need a pin at all to keep it in.

Thread semi-hijack: How much differnece would it make without the bushings? Because the pins are so thick they barely make it thru which make the door work better but not so much in trying to get them on/off. I was thinking of grinding the whole pin a bunch to make it thinner so it would slide thru easier but my buddy that helped me set it up told me I should just ditch the bushings
