Putting my hitch back on with new hardware. What's the torq for 3/4in grade 8 bolts for hitch?

A 3/4" BOLT??
...or a 3/4" head (i.e. 3/4" wrench/socket, which is generally a 1/2" bolt.)Also matters if it's fine or coarse thread.
1/2-13 grade 8 bolt (coarse), table says 110 ft-lbs dry or 80 oiled, and for 1/2-20, 120/90.
For 3/4"-10 (somehow I doubt you're using these!) it's 380 dry and 280 oiled, and for 3/4-16, 420/320.
Anyway, I'd just whang on it with a good, fairly long ratchet until it's as tight as you can get it.
(Unless you really are using 3/4" bolts, in which case your impact or a very, very serious torque wrench are called for
