Ok, cnt get drums off 04 toyota sienna. I see a couple lil threaded holes. I dont need a puller do I. Anyone work on these.
I've banged um quite a bit. No luck. Am I missing something.

8x1.25 metric threaded holes. turn bolts to put some pressure on the drum. then smack the outside of the drum. should pop loose.

tighten to much in the 2 holes WILL crack drum.

Or strip the threads. Spray some PB blaster on the center of the hub and use some lube on the bolts. Go easy, and like he said, should pop loose.

And you failed to call your good old buddy Scott. :shame:

Did I mention that I recently did the brakes on my sisters Sienna.

Sweet. Thx guys all done. Scottie, ur right, shoulda called. Definitely will soon. Hoping to start working on the truck again. Time to drink beer n watch the game.

Try to find some HARD bolts. Metric 8.8 at least, maybe 10.9 or whatever is higher...12.x?

I did this on a Suzuki I owned a few years back and could only find some generic bolts. Snapped off very easily inside the thread and left me high and dry until I got pissed with the BFH. Eventually knocked it loose.
