HMMWV Pulleys

Getting myself involved in an out of the ordinary project with my 6.2... First step is going to be finding the crank, waterpump and p/s pulleys from a humvee with a 6.2L. all 3 pulleys have 4 grooves for belts, and all the grooves are the same diameter (unlike the civvy 6.2 stuff, which has 2 or 3 groove crank pulley with 1 groove a different size than the others).

Anyone have any idea where to find these for even reasonable cost? I've found a couple humvee parts suppliers, but they want $100-150/pulley.... The serpentine equivalents go as low as $9/pulley at the same place!

I have some waterpump and crankshaft pulleys.....I was trying to get ~30ea for em Cant help you on the ps pump, etc, but I got crank and waterpump.

it sounds like the same setup on a CUCV. Honestly, ive been toying with the idea of swapping to a serp setup on my M1009. Just have to get the pullys, tensioner, and swap my twin alternators to serp pullies. Then just get a long enough belt and route it.

I havent really shopped around for a serp setup, but if i could break even on the swap, id be happy to send you the pullies of my M1009.

I have an m1028, the setups are enough different that I need the HMMWV pulleys specifically. The CUCVs have a 3 groove crank, 3 groiover waterpump and 2 groove p/s setup. The innermost groove is a different diameter than the rest. The HMMWV pulleys are 4 groove (even the alt has 2 grooves!) and they're all consistent diameters.

K20... Pending finding a p/s pulley that will work without having to buy a whole set, I'll take you up on those.

I figured someone on CK5 had bought a Humvee take-out which comes with the crank & w/p pulleys to swap into a CUCV at some point.

whoops my bad, i saw the 3 up there next to pullys and for some reason connected that with 3 groove pullys. ignore me, im retarded.

I'll have em, just shoot me a PM, IIRC (without walking out there) I have 3 sets.....I'll just have to find a big metric allen to take em off the motors....
