Ho w To Convert My 1990 Suburban V1500 4x4 Gas 350 TBI To A Dually?

I tried for the past few weeks to sell the suburban for a 1980s early 90s silverado 4 door dually, but had trouble selling it and even had some people wanting to get the suburban but pulled out last minute.

I was wondering if it is possible to make the half ton suburban V1500 into a dually.

And the engine is solid along with the transmission 700r4.

Plus i want to do something different

I did drop the price from 2500 to 1800 and still no one wants it.

And during that time i was going to get a a 1986 full ton dually 4 door silverado froma yard which is a wrecking yard. Guy wanted 2500 for it but the body such as dents on the front right side, dent on the fromt right fender in front of the right door, along with the right dually fender having a piece on its rear cut-off and running board on the right side damaged. Plus the vehicle couldnt start even with a jump box. it had a 454 but other than that thats about it. I offered him 1500 but he wanted 2000. I said i could go 1800 he didnt want to budge. So i left.

Plus the guy claimed that "He can make it start" which it couldnt after i saw it could not start
