HO72 4.10s with Detroit Locker

I've got a 1972 K20 that I recently bought with an Eaton (GM Corporate) HO72. Some people have told me it's an HO52, but the majority are saying 72. Anyway... it has a Detroit locker and 4.10 gears. It's in excellent condition with 92,000 miles. The truck was used on a farm in TN for its whole life.
