Hobart spool gun I have no idea the model couldn't really find it, this appears to be an older one.
I have seen it work, was hooked to an older Hobart welder.
It has pretty long leads too I would guess 20 ft
Have no idea what these are worth new spool guns go for 4 to 500
So lets say $150 + the ride. It has a small spool of wire inside it
