i have to replace my lift it started to leak oil under ground. its getting old was installed in 1992. want to install a 2 post 12,000lbs, i work on this lift every day. will lift smarts ,too 1 ton 4x4 diesels with fuel tanks in the box. i,m leaning towards rotary, had good reviews about them. don,t want too buy any chinese junk!!! any off you guys who work in shops know anything about rotary or any other company who sells good quality lifts?

Rotary, All day. By far, the best design, simple and efficient. Secondly, ease of assembly, customer support and parts availability.

I currently work for D21 pump and machinery contractor that deals with hydraulics, pneumatics and pumping equipment. We also install and repair dealership equipment, compressors, plumbing, meters etc.

For guys at work, if we have a install or troubleshooting service call and it is for a Rotary, you know you will be having a good day at work. If you see a Benwill, Bendpak, Challenger on the work order you wish you would have considered a sick call.

I would probably go with a SPO12 if it is in your budget, Rotary tends to be a bit more pricey but you generally get what you pay for with hoists. Instructions are clear and in English!

i used all rotory for over 10 years. 7 bay shop.

if i had to buy my own it would be just that a 12k 2 post rotory.

it will pickup a geo metro to a 1 ton drw crewcab 4x4 with oil burnnin motor under the hood no problems. :waytogo:

and 2 - guys can set one up in 2-3 hrs easy.

thanks a lot! 12000lbs rotary is what i,m getting. it will be with the pickup kit for longer legs. i,m going to order tommorow afternoon it takes 7 days for delivery. will install on saturday of next week. :waytogo:
