Which ones are the best? Which web sites have the best tuning info also.

thirdgen.org is a good site to search around for carb info. That's where I've gotten most of my info. I think I've had a membership there as long as I have here and I only have 1 post. There's a ton of info to be found just searching old threads.

As to the book, it depends on which carb you are talking about.

"How To Build & Power Tune Holley Carburetors" ISBN 1845840062

Both are very good books. The latter book has some very good tuning procedures.
