Will the Holly in line fuel pump #12-802-1 work in a slightly wound up 1988 chev 350c1 throtle body injected engine?

If that is the holley blue pump then no it will not work as it has a max pressure of 14psi and you need more pressure than that. The TBI system uses between 13-15 PSI but the pump needs to put out around 20 PSI to work correctly.

I thought the stock pump puts out about 7 to 9 psi. Holley sells a 13 psi inline pump that they recommend with the 670 cfm tbi which has injectors almost twice as big as stock.
