I think I'd just take a big old piece of .250" wall DOM, bend it into a "U" shape... put a bushing on each end and then one in the middle on the bottom of the U. Prolly allow just as much "flex" as that "spring" pack would... and cost less than $1k. Some people are just stupid.

The photo is too fuzzy to tell, but there look to be about 12-15 leaves in those spring packs and maybe only about 3"-4" of pack thickness. They look to be custom-made are are probably a LOT softer than you realize.
My 4" springs from Alcan/ORD had something like 9" of free arch before I installed them....I was convinced that they'd built them wrong when I first saw them laying on the ground. But with so many thin leaves, they totally flattened out with the vehicle weight on them and settled to a perfect 4" lift.
I am willing to bet that those springs are maybe an 8" lift spring (MAX)....look how close those spring eyes are in that photo. When installed, those springs will be flatter and those eyes will be more correctly spaced.

They provide 22" of front lift and 26" of rear as said by the seller. They are not soft, custom or not.
That being said i know what you mean, i have a set of 6" alcans and they had tons of free arch but a super soft spring rate...the heagit is gained by arch not rate. Many people think the 2 go hand in hand but the dont nessecarily, especially when dealing with custom springs
