i guess he could build it that way but it is not stated that way in the auction.thats the only reason i said that.on the special permit thing,he would probably still have to put on some kind of fender flares and a couple other things before it would pass a california visual inspection dont you think?like i said it is a lot to probavly deal with and i dont think unless the right guy comes along with 25 grand that contraption will not be sold.its already been listed before i believe a few months ago and wasnt sold.i think i remember seeong something like that on there.
