Has anyone ever constructed there own pul-pal? if so, how? I was just going to make one in stead of buying one, its not that I'm cheap, its the fact that I'm not crazy, those things are expensive!
So if anyone has plans or a link to some plans I would be very greatful.

The trick is to make it strong enough so that it is guaranteed NOT to break while a 12,000 lb winch is double lined while pulling on it. /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif It would really suck to have just the shaft of it coming at ya with a lot of stress on it! /forums/images/graemlins/yikes.gif

yeah thats a good point, I think i wanna stick with the factory design, while using 3/8" steel for the main pieces.

Does anybody have one, so that i could get the geometry of it, I'd like to know wthat the angle of the plow shoud be.
