I read that before I did it and pretty much did exactly that except I didn't have another 203 shifter. I just used flatbar.

This is probably a crazy question, but what does twin sticks do? I dont know anything about my transfer case except it has High - Low and
Hi Loc - Low Loc. Could you please explain how all this works?

instead of the sticky single shifter, it now has a separate shifter for the hi and low range and one for 2wd and 4wd.

I dont have the 2wd option. My truck had the auto 4x4. but now has locking hubs so I can have 2wd. Would it do Hi and Low AND Hi-loc and
Low-loc?

hmm , i don't know. you could always put in a part time kit.
According to the article, one controls hi and low, the other controls lock or open.
