Alrighty its a Honda civiv dx 2005.
Motor has always run strong. Suddenly today I noticed a bad dripping leak. It appears to b coming from driverside of motor behind the bottom pulley between the motor. From a lil research I'm thinking that's where the oil pump is. Does anyone no if this correct and would a bad oil pump leak like that.

could be oil pump or could be one of the front engine seals (cam or crank seal).

Do you have ABS brakes? Ever done timing belt on a Honda? Could walk you through it if you know a little bit about them and have the tools.

My son's 2001 accord did what you are describing. I wasn't in the area so off to a shop it went. Replaced what they referred to as cam and crank seals, some other gaskets and did the timing belt because of the mileage on the car. All works well. His suddenly started dumping oil like a faucet.

Bingo. Turns out mine was crankshaft seal. It also suddenly leaked like a faucet. Because of mileage also doing timing belt and water pump.
And thanks to Bran87 for the quick responses.
