Hopefully this ends the carb problems

Just a new set of problems my friend. Carbs are a bear to get to run right under all conditions. Those in the south have less problems, conditions more stable. Us northerners, well, have fun tuning it!

to run an edelbrock with any larger then stock cam you might as well order the spring kit now and get different rods. they hate large cams, not enough vaccuum to get em to function right. the only way to cure carb probs is to get injections of ANY sort wiehter it be TBI TPI MUILTI....

I run a 600cfm holley and have never messed with it since installed...(about 2 years ago) Works like a champ everytime:D ...my $.02 And I'm in the south...way south.

Yup, yup, yup...

I wish somebody hadn't switched my Blaze over to carb before I bought it.

It's simpler but it can be a pain in the ass. Oh well... at least I'll be able to swap in my 400 easier.

Hopefully it works ok. Fingers crossed. Since I put in a Crane cam and lifter set Carbs have never offered to run right.

Attention all members, we have a possible thread hijacking in progress!

Just an update, but finally carb is installed. We had a snow storm which delayed my progress but it is done and it runs awesome so far. No pumping the pedal to start. IT IDLES!!! Never had it do that resonable before. Now I am ready to change the tranny from 350 to 465. Figured it would be hard to use the gas padel to keep it going with a cluth and brake to worry about.

Congrads now wen u get the 465 u gotta take me for a ride lol
