I have an Induma Horizontal mill that I would like to sell.

It's three phase power so i'm sure alot would not be interested but if you know somebody that could use it, it has alot of life left in it. Just not needed in my shop any longer.

It has two issues, power feed works intermittently. It's a mechanical issue, not electrical.

The tool cooling oil resevoir in the base leaks. This has been remedied to some degree. We stopped using the pump and base res. and built an oil tank with gravity feed.

What can a horizontal mill do for you... Cut keyways, splines, flute a barrel, anything along those lines.

It's a serious cutting machine. Lots of power and can move alot of metal in one pass.

Some 3 phase motors can be run single phase, are the controls 3-phase as well?

I'd bet most, if not all the controls are a low voltage DC. Not sure but seems to be the norm for industrial machines. I think its easier on components like switches and relays and the like to be a low voltage DC. Otherwise the arcing would cut the life pretty drastically.

Thats what I woild figure too . I would reallllly like a end mill
