My horn button has been pressed into the ring underneath but not hooked up since I've had it. I ordered a kit from LMC with the spring and a damper type thing, but I'm thinking i might still be missing parts? Any help appreciated

remove the 3 torxs screws. there will be plastic insulator metal cup. under these is the spring loaded button. try shorting the button to ground, horn should sound. if not try shorting at turn signal switch connector at lower column. Black wire. if horn sounds from here the problem is in column if not problem is probably not in column.
