Okay sorry everyone for all the questions. My horn is stuck on so I have pulled the fuse, where is the horn located in my 1980 K5 Blazer.

Behind the grill on the core support.

It’s probably the relay stuck on or the wiring/button contact is shorted. Wouldn’t be the horn itself.
Don’t worry about multitude of questions - that’s why this site is so good; the variety of skill sets , talents and interests of all involved basically assures an informed and educated answer. If there is misinformation given it’s usually corrected fairly quickly.
1980 has two horns, one immediately next to each headlight. Visible through the grill. Horn relay is under the steering wheel, and then the steering wheel button closes the ground to activate horns.

Short term, I would unplug the horn relay to see if that stops it. Otherwise, you will have a draw on the battery.
The relay is just above the fuse block.
