I spent hours dicking with the horns today.
Fuse is good, I can hear the relay click MOST of the time when I hit the button.
Both horns are good as they sometimes work on the truck and always work on my Tracker.
Starting to think it wasn't the stock horn. How do you tell when a relay is bad?
Had the wife hit the horn while I had the multimeter on the pos wire for the horn and all I saw was 1.something.
The annoying part is I can have it all hooked up and hit the horn button on the wheel and get the horns blaring...and then nothing the next time. Or multiple repeat blasts and then suddenly it goes dead for a while.
Also, wtf was the capacitor for in the stock setup? Went between the stock pos wire and the horn itself.
