Host/resize pic for me? I'm clueless

Can't figure out how to resize this pic so CK% will upload it.Can anyone help?

run it thru your email App. it will ask what size you want. then email to your self, and drag to your desktop then choose to ck5.. dang thats alot of work!!!
but it works!!!!!!!
