Note that "screw" and "bolt" often mean the same thing to different people.

I use "screw" when the shaft is tapered, which seems to be the case with that one.
I assume it's going into plastic on the far end, and not a speed clip?
If it IS a speed clip or the like (i.e. a piece of sheet metal), a sheet metal screw would do just fine as a replacement ... which, I assume, is the actual point
of this thread, i.e. "Where do I get another one of these?" ?
If it's going into plastic, you'll prolly be better off with the self-tapping variety:
