I am trying to post up on a needed part in the parts wanted section but ask for prefix as in state. How can I do no prefix to get a better response from members?

I don't think there is a way to get around it. I posted there this morning and it wouldn't let me post without it.
Gotta be a way! Saw a member post in that section with no prefix and need a seat belt latch that bolts to floor in rear.
