How close am I to passing?

Well I just took my 78 in for the dreaded arizona emmission test and I failed. I wonder based on the number below how close I was to passing - whether I just need to adjust the carb.

I just scored a 78 tub , did you need cats , I heard no cats on 78 ?

Tune up is a good start . What have you done to it beforehand ?

I've done quite a few mods since I ran it through last year. I added headers, new dual exhaust, new distributor - I definately have messed with the carb and I have the timing advanced about 6 or 8 degress so I'm thinking it might be as simple as that. I have no cats on it. It passed the visual.

Well a good tune up and reset the timing will probably help . Don't forget to drive for awhile to heat the motor up . Also , did you change the oil ? You need to prior to running for insurance
