I have all my bolts removed, yet the pitman arm is still stuck. How would I go about getting it off?

BFH and lots of WD40 or PB blaster. Then spray the arm, let it soak in and then start beating on it.

Steering arm on the knuckle - hit it. The cone washers need to be knocked loose.

Pitman arm on steering box - autozone and buy/rent the puller.

X2, don't hammer on the pitman arm. You're liable to damage components in the box.

As for the steering arm on the knuckle, that's what big hammers are for ;)

used alot of pb blaster n a air hammer with the fork just a couple short blasts n it popped right off.

For the steering arm on the knucle i used a torch and a hammer.

For the pitman on the steering box, a ****load of wd40 and lots of patience

I cut into my steering arm with a torch then hit it with the air hammer. Almost fell off.
