How do I set the Timing?? 91 Burb 5.7

I have a 91 suburban 5.7TBI. How do I set the timing?? I know I have to put it in base timing mode but I dont know how to do it. I have been told it needs to be at 0 degrees...but I need to verify that as well.

pop hood

find single brown with tan wire near steering cloume

unplug it

fire up truck

set to 0* mark warm

turn off

plug wire back in

clear codes and drive it.

Either that or pull the ECM fuse and wait a couple minutes then plug the fuse back in.
