how do these angles look?

The pinion needs to go down since you dont have a CV, if you had a CV it would be perfect.

what 85 mudblazin said. It looks like you could turn your blocks around and put the thick part in the front and it should drop the pinion the right amount. The best way is to get an angle finder and measure the angle on the t case. With no CV the pinion and the Tcase should be parallel or within 2-3 degrees. If you have a CV the pinion should point directly at the Tcase just as you have.

i was thinking about doing a shackle flip anyways, it squats a little in the rear so i can always lift it some more, i was kinda iffy about the transfercase joint though but all in all for being 12" on a shortbox i am pretty pleased with teh angles so far, i did cut and rotate the rear spring perches.

It is hard to tell without knowing the angles you are dealing with but one thing is for sure it will drop the pinion. Have you driven it like it is? If not you will have crazy vibes. The U-joints will cancel each other out if they operate at the same angles (which in actuallity are opposite angels). With your set up the upper joint has all the angle and the lower has none so they will not cancel the vibration. A CV has 2 joints at the top that split the angle to the pinion equally and they cancel each other out allowing the lower joint to run with no angle on it. I hope I have not confused you.

I say just drive it and see if you have any vibes before you go tearing everything down again.
