i mean the sheet metal.do you snip it and bend it slow,do you use bondo? /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gifhow do you keep the sheet metal smooth? /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gifto /forums/images/graemlins/truck.gif

I cut mine. Every six or so inches in the area I wanted it to curve. Some don't want the curve so they cut in one place and bend. My sheetmetal definitely isn't smooth.

i really am not looking for smooth i guess.every six inches eh. thanks i want to try it on the rear end first.what did you guys use for a core support, i don't remember. /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gifto /forums/images/graemlins/truck.gif

I took the center out of my core support and welded it back together again.

that sounds alot faster. /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gifthen lots of radiator stop leak right? /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gifto /forums/images/graemlins/truck.gif
