How do you install a B&M megashifter?

I got one used from a member here but I have no clue how to install it. I know you screw it to the floor and know how to attach it to the tranny but I dont know how to route the cable, or how to wire it up. There's like 6 wired coming out of it, I figure one is for the reverse lights, but what about the others? Its going in an 84 Chevy with a TH400 BTW. Thanks
 
Way back when, when I had faith in my th400 (before I broke 4 of em), I wondered about putting in a manual valve body, and a center shifter. Question though, can you actually reach it from the seat of the truck? Seems like itd be about the heigh of the t-case shifter, and that sure as heck aint easy to reach. Or am I just retarded and thinking its alot shorter than it is? Thanks.
 
I have that shifter in my 85 with the 700R4 tranny. it was installed incorrectly by the previous owner. I can only get P,R,N,OD. No D,2,1. When it is in park the indicator shows between R/N . When my arm is back in commission, I got to get under there and fix it.It's Been working great for me just use OD hard to shift though. Placement is no problem. I'm good with it.
