How Does A 1 Ton Dually Fr D60 Differ From A SRW D60?

I found an '85 dually 4x4 pick-up for $500, no motor, but the Budd wheels in front. Is this just an extender on the hubs?

the hubs are different. check out the d60 bible on pirate4x4 for pics. they can be swapped out with srw hubs or be machined down.

this is a srw hub. on a drw hub, the wheel mounting flange it out towards the lock in hub.

ya,like he said, u just need to change out the hubs and it will be a SRW 60. u can get both new hubs/rotors with studs in them for $318 from GM but that was a year or more ago. might be more now.

So since this is a rust-belt TEERUK, I'll need new rotors anyways, and some California used hubs? Thanks...

I just posted a few days ago about how stupid cheap a D60 front hub/rotor assembly is from www.gmpartsdirect.com part number is 15635530 and they are 129.19 each assembly.
