how does the hydroboost mount?

I have the hydroboost on my crew cab, it came with no motor, the motor I am using is from a truck without hydroboost.

Question is does anyone have a picture of the brackets. I don't' have any of the brackets at all to mount it to the block.

Does anyone know where to get the brackets?

Hey Erik I can take some pictures for you no problem but you need to explain it to me like I'm a 6 year old ( I watched Philladelphia last night)As far as I know the hydroboost mounts to the firewall and then the hoses route to the steering box and power steering pump. I have a 1 ton cucv and a blazer I can take pictures of for you though.

Forget what I said.

I need pics of the power steering pump mounting that is used with hydroboost!

I don't have any of the mounting brackets.

So just to clarify this is a hydroboost truck, I am putting an engine in from a non hydroboost truck. So I have the power steering pump to use with the hydroboost but it has no brackets on the power steering pump.

It looks like they are different than the non hydroboost power steering pumps,

I may be in trouble here

Would diesel pictures help you? Also I see hydro-boosted trucks at the local pick-n-pull all the time, although most are diesels

so after reading a bit it seems like the big block mounts are the same, I am gone all day today so I can't do figure this one out today, can any one confirm that the big block power steering pump brackets (the ones that mount the power steering pump to the engine) are in the fact the same between the non hydroboost stuff and the hydroboost stuff

My K5 with my 454 has hydroboost

They are the same. Just put the power steering pump with the ports for the hydroboost in the stock location and you're good to go.
