how easy are the 93-98 chevy trucks to work on?

Depends on what you are doing. The Tbi motors are no differnt than the ones in the the 80's body style. The front Ifs has more parts that wear out quicker when used with larger tires or offset wheels. There are more things being run with electronics, so wiring problems might be harder to figure out. Other than that stuff, their realitivly simple. I've worked on worse vehicles for that year range.

The engine in the 70's chevy are so open. This is even more tru if there is not ac and cali smog addons. Seams like the 90's trucks have so much stuff in the engine bay. They are the last decent trucks that GM built. I'm thinking about getting one but I still want to be able to wrench on it.
