How hard would it be to make these?

I'm thinking a cheap housing and a trip to the PnP. What would you have to get and what would it cost?

Those look like real HID (has a ballast). Might be tough to find something in a PnP

I'm wondering what parts you would need and what the best car would be to take them from. Lots of HID cars out there these days.
