How long are stock first gen rears?

I know this is a dumb question, But are stock 1st gen K5's 52" rears? Will 2nd gen rears work?

Rears are the same, the fronts are the ones that are different.

I put a set of stock '89 rears (with shackle flip) on my 72.... Worked great.

Thanks, thats what I was hoping. Thats what I was looking at doing on my sons truck. To bad I sold the ones off my burb.
