How long to be Member??

Once you pay with CC, how long does it take to become "MEMBER"

sorry if this is an old question, but i can't seem to find an answer

it should go instantly, but not sure never paid with CC. i know if you pay with paypal and have the money in your account, its instant, if it has to pull it out of the bank account, it takes forever. took me like almost 2 weeks because i had to pull it out of the bank account.
