how much have you guys used in your cages? If ya got a pic to go with the number, it'd help even more. ;)

my rig is going to be a much-narrowed truggy... but any cage will help me guage how much tube I'm gonna end up using. I have 300' in the garage... doubt I'll use it all. Just curious what others have used...

I have about 65' sofar in my 8pt cage. I don't have a belt bar, spreaders in the rear, or a dash bar yet. When those things get done I will have about 85' in my cage.

cool.. keep the info coming guys. Of the rigs shown, 85s is closest to what I am building. Before I started I guestimated I'd use 200-225 feet. I got 300 so I can **** up a couple of times and still not have to buy more tube. lol! Buying tube one stick at a time is the worst thing you can do. Steelyard guy loves that kinda order. doh!

cool truggy drag... is there anything supporting that long span next to the engine though? that tube looks very lonely out there. maybe its just the angle tho..

there is an engine cage in the works, but first i am mounting k5 fenders and a cowl hood... so i can keep the cage confined to the new sheetmetal...
