Have any of you broken 35 spline hubs, what about drive flanges. Also is there any point in running superior 35 spline outers if you're still running stock innners? Please inform.

I have broke only one hub and one stub shaft, wich is much much better then I did with my d44.

No reason to run Superior outers on stock inners. The 35 spline stub is about the same strength as the inner. The only thing a Superior 35 spline outer will do is make sure you break the inner shaft first or the ujoint. If you trash the ujoint you will trash your expensive Superior stub to most likely.

Ive broken the lock out hubs on my 35 spline d60. I guess its my weak link to keep from breaking the expensive parts. They are superwinch hubs by the way.

I have been practicing for the king 4X4 challenge and just tonight I broke both inner and outer shafts on the short side. so count me in for something better.

You do have a good point...
that's why I just bought a stock d70 stub..
But...the Superior's stubs do have a 2 year warrantee..
I wonder if mis-matching shafts voids the warrantee. /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif

the warranty covers the shaft, not the ears. That is why everybody goes to CTM's at the same time.
