how many people here actually wheel?

I'll claim non-webwheeler status since I used to wheel my old jeep (years ago :o). The jeep is too far gone for a rebuild in the foreseable future and too small for my family now (it does a good job of taking up space in the garage though). The K5 build has only taken 2 years so far and I still don't have matching front and rear gears - so no "4" wheeling for me in it yet. :doah:

Being busy at work, out of money, working on my master's degree, and having a wife and three small kids slows everything waaaaaaaaaay down. :dunno:

I hope the kids like wheeling.

River Rock fall crawl

That was the Toys for Tots Ride at RiverRock, not Fall Crawl. Fall Crawl was when I left you alone for 30min and you blew your tranny AND spun a crank bearing!

I don't get to wheel as much as I would like now because of work and a couple of little kids. Went a couple of times this last fall including a long weekend in Slade/Natural Bridge, KY.

those are some nice videos...only bad thing is we never get to see your rig in action.

Yeah, story of my life. Seems like every body but me remebers to take pics and videos when we go out. Then everytime i give someone my camera they screw it up and record the floor or i end up with 1 second videos cuz they thought they we taking a picture and not a video.

I dont wheel hardcore stuff like some guys on here but I try to wheel as often as I can. It usually ends up something to the effect of going out shooting and finding an old washed out road or jeep trail.

Most of what I do wheel isnt necessarily easy or light duty as I seam to break a lot on my truck. Unfortunately I almost never take a camera. recently However my truck is not in good health and funds have been too tight. Someday I will either finish the crew cab or just keep wheeling my 97 as I have gathered most of what I need to SAS it.

Old pic from early 08 and I think its a cell pic.

Just for the noobs and uninformed, my truck is on the actual road in that area. we had around 10" in 48 hour rainrfall (super massive amount for around here) Witch flooded an irrigation canal, that broke and flooded the road. I do NOT just go wheel off the road or trails. the canal is behind the brush in the second pic about 20 yards.

Carnage from that was busted ft dr side shock and shock mount a shattered CV half shaft and busted the collar and shift fork in the front axle housing that engauges 4wd.
