how much does a 38.5 inch TSl/SX weigh(with a steel rim) ??

approximate weight is ok...just need to know so i can get a shipping quote
 
38.5x14.50-15 SX weighs 89# (from the Interco site)
15x10 steelie weighs 35# (BRB just weighed one for another post.)

Pair should weigh roughly 124# /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
 
i run 39.5x15x15 regular TSLs on Eaton HD steel wheels and they are 123-124 pounds each.... its just a guess, but I'd think 38 SXs would be in the 100-110 range depending on the rim...

My 38.5x14.5x15's with steel wheel's weighed 125lbs on a digital scale.
 
wow, thats weird yunit... are SXs inherantly heavier for some reason? Eaton HD steel rims are pretty dang heavy for rims... so I doubt the extra weight is comin from the rims..

oh ok, i guess that explains it. I didnt think those nubby lil side lugs on SXs made them that much heavier. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif I woulda go SXs myself if they made em bigger... good tyres.
