I had an '83 K5 in good shape interior/exterior with just a TINY bit of rust behind the LR wheelwell, and I paid around $2500 for it.

you usually find them any were form 1500- 4500...look in that range...
I know where to find one with our 3" lift (similar to our project 'burb) and he's asking $5500 for it. '85 3/4T 6.2L/TH400/208. has some 16" welds on it also. 76K miles on engine and trans. PM me if you want more info, I can hook you up. Makes me wish I didn't own my 'burb.....

I gave $1,500.00 for my completely 100% stock 76 K5 Blazer with 83,000 miles on it from the original owner.
Thanks for the offer, but that is too rich for my pocket. He wouldn't want to trade for a gasser would he?
I'm not sure what his motivation is for getting out of the burb but I get the feeling he's not looking to swap.
