I bought these used. I was told they were 4" lift, but seem bigger to me. 48" front springs

most stock front Chevy springs sit flat when loaded (negative arch when worn). So I'm thinking when those are loaded they will sit 4-5 inches positive arch. My guess is that they are 4-4.5" lift springs but will probably give 6" lift if you currently have old worn out stockers on it now.
Just a side note....... those look like old Ranchos or Superlift springs (square cut, non tapered, and no Teflon between springs) so they will probably be annoyingly stiff.

I agree with him. I have the same type of springs and they ride like a tank and you might as well replace the shock with a solid steel rod and you wouldnt know the difference. the great thing about the really stiff springs is that they wont wear out easily. my k5 has been lifted with 6" springs for 10 years with the same sets and is still the same ride hight.
