It's tough to tell for sure. I lifted mine 6" and had a driveline vibration so I'd guess 4" is a safe bet.

I also went 6" and needed to be rid of the vibes. 6* wedges worked for a while untill I was sick of replacing them after they broke. pos aluminum.
