My son got an 87 Blazer with a huge lift to it. How can you tell what size lift it actually has if the previous owner doesn't know? It has 38.5" tires on 16.5" wheels with plenty clearance and no tire rubbing. It has blocks on the rear that are almost 6" tall. Any help would be appreciated. /forums/images/graemlins/1zhelp.gif

Well, the question you are asking is like asking a blind man to tell you how tall the truck is....we are all blind here unless you can get a picture up for us to see. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Measure from the top of the rear axle tube to the lowest point on the bumpstop bracket (The steel part, not the rubber part)

My 81 Jimmy has a 4" lift and it's 8 1/4" from the top of the axle tube to the lowest point on the bumpstop bracket.

Now look at the body mounts...if there is a body lift measure to see how tall the pucks are. Now do the math...
