how much paint do i remove?

How much of the grey primer do i remove? It was put over the stock red/white paint. Some spots i have gotten down to red or bare metal. Should i keep going to scuff the red?

If you wanna do it right, get down to the bare metal wherever you can. Search through Ryokens posts pertaining to painting and you will find a ton of good info and advice from him. He's definately one of the paint gurus here.
