How much play in 208 output shaft?

I seemed to have developed vibration problems again.
While changing u-joints I noticed that if I grab the drive shaft at the output yoke from the 208 I can jostle it up and down a fair amount.
Anyone know how much play there should be??
I've heard there's a bushing that can be replaced in the 208. Could this cause this play? Can it be replaced without pulling the case or fully rebuilding??

I have that same described amount of play and little to no vibrations...I think that play you feel may be between the splines on the d-shaft and the output t-case shaft. Also if you notice, atleast on mine when I do that the whole t-case kind of flexes up a bit....not much but some....

How would I know if that bearing/bushing thingy inside is about to toast?? Or should I not worry about it?
