How much preload?

Im setting up an ARB in a front 60. How much carrier bearing preload is required? Ive been searching for an hour now.

20-30 in. lbs. for new bearings
8-10 in. lbs. for used bearings

I have that page bookmarked very informative , I believe those are pinion preloads. Im not doing gears so i didnt mess with the pinion. Im lookin for the diff bearing preload.
I think its a shim thickness
Im using one old and one new bearing for set up . Then both will be new.

Preload total of .015 inch (.007 inch each side) from zero preload and correct backlash. Recheck backlash.

I went +.007 on each side and have .007 back lash. The gear pattern looks pretty good, not perfect though.
Ill mess wit it tomorrow.
