a local place charges $25. they don't build them though, they just have the balancer. not sure what the local driveshaft place charges.

I'm actually having a shaft cut down and re-balanced right now and its gonna be $45 for the cutting and $65 for thr ballancing but the guy said hed do it for $100 even. I called around and that was the general price but no one else said they would do it for $100 /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif

I paid $60 to have mine shortened and rebalanced. They even threw a new coat of black paint on it!
