How much torque for rocker studs on a BBC?

How many #'s should I torque 7/16 rocker studs to on a 454?

My Comp Cams instruction sheet said 70 ft-lbs if using oil as a lubricant, or 50 ft-lbs if using Comps assy lube.

Thats about the range I was thinking, similar to a head bolt. I think I will go about 60#
